Integration of SAP CAI with Twitter

Hi,

I am trying to integrate my CAI bot with twitter, I have followed the steps in the connect tab and the connection looks fine but unable to find the bot in twitter, do i need to do anything in my twitter account in order to view the bot, or do i need to tweet on my page...

can you tell me how this works exactly?

Hi kishore96,

You will not find your bot in Twitter like that.

I hope you have already integrated your bot with a Twitter account.

You can try with sending a DM to the Twitter account, and the bot would give you the response in Twitter DM.
