I need to configure a workflow for credit limit request approval on transaction SCASE, activating email notification (with attachments).
I read that I need to define process routes and link them to the approval matrix (I have a matrix with four approval levels according to amount).
How could I do this technically?
How could I define the approval matrix and link it to credit requested workflow and send it by email?
