New Partner Function in sales order not being replicated to GTS

Hi,

Today we have 5 partner functions on an order which are Sold to, Ship to, Payer, Bill to, and a custom partner function called end-user. Now the request is to add a new custom partner function to the sales order.

I configured this partner function in the feeder system and in GTS I have created a new partner function and maintained the mapping between the feeder system and GTS partner functions.

Also assigned this partner function to partner groups that are assigned to Embargo and SPL legal regulations.

Now when I am creating an order, what I see is, system is considering the old 5 partner functions for Embargo and SPL legal regulation checks and not the new partner function. What could be the reason, do I need to maintain anything or am I missing something
