New Partner Function in sales order not being replicated to GTS

Hi,

Today we have 5 partner functions on an order which are Sold to, Ship to, Payer, Bill to, and a custom partner function called end-user. Now the request is to add a new custom partner function to the sales order.

I configured this partner function in the feeder system and in GTS I have created a new partner function and maintained the mapping between the feeder system and GTS partner functions.

Also assigned this partner function to partner groups that are assigned to Embargo and SPL legal regulations.

Now when I am creating an order, what I see is, system is considering the old 5 partner functions for Embargo and SPL legal regulation checks and not the new partner function. What could be the reason, do I need to maintain anything or am I missing something

Mmm... not sure where to look at next... could you please share a screen shot of the Compliance log (detailed view of the SPL check i.e. with all levels/folders below SPL check open) and a screen shot of the partners tab in GTS?

Is the issue happening with an “old” you have updated or is it happening for newly creates SOs too?

I am trying to introduce a new partner function and thats what is causing this issue.

Hi Sunny,

Please check if the partner function in GTS associated with the End-user has been created for Import or Export or both (it happened with me once to create a new partner function in GTS as Import instead of Export and of course nothing worked as expected...).

Hi Mouaz, thank you for looking into it. I have set up the new partner function as export only, like we did with other partner fucntions.

Just to clarify: you don't see this new partner function in the Compliance checks log or in the partner tabs (of the SO replica) or both of them?

Have you checked if the end user has successfully been replicated from the feeder system to GTS?

Hi Mouaz, Thank you for checking this. I don't see the new partner function in compliance check logs but i see the new partner function in the partner functions on the order. Yes the customer is replicated to GTS but i guess we do not replicate the partner functions from ECC to GTS.
