Hi Keith,

I solved the problem. Its due to the IP Address usage. I have to use the Host Name. This is due to the JavaScript Relaxtion.

Thanks for you help!!

Hi Raghavendra,

I had exactly the same errormsg in my installation.

But what exactly do you mean with 'due to the IP Address usage'?

Is it that the url that you're accessing the portal with must not contain the IP Address of the portal server but it's netbios name or what do you exactly mean by it?

Thank you for your feedback.

Kind regards,

Tom.

It's simple. use hostname in the url instead of IP address. example: http://hostname:portnumber/irj/portal, instead of http://xxx.xx.xx.xx:pno/irj/portal. Hope this helps you.

Hi

yes use the hostname instead of using ip address.Note that the Ip Address and Host name is registered in Host file in c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\services
