Accounting package SAP Business Bydesign 3 companies

Hello everyone!

A client that has 3 companies on the tenant, two of them are operational and the other only has passed the balances at the end of each period,wants to pass all the modules of the operating companies to the other company. This would be like the Inicitial balance, uploading the accounting package at the beginning of a company, except that this company already has previous balances and is not its beginning. So my question is: Is there a way to pass all the modules to one company to another company?
