Block same PR items duplication in same RFQ

Hi,

We are searching a error message where we can block the duplication of same PR item in RFQ.

Exemple:

PR reference 24000001 item 10 -> RFQ 5000001 item 10

PR reference 24000001 item 10 -> RFQ 5000001item2 (block duplication)

The requirement is to prevent user mistake before RFQ price entry.
