Previous Employment report through Ad-hoc Query_SAPHCM

Hi Folks,

Greetings!

I have a requirement wherein i need to fetch a previous/other employer data for my employees who worked in past with other employers. I am trying to generate this data through Ad-hoc Query for all employee about their previous employment but system shows following results.

1. If I try to run query with specific period, it shows dates 00.00.0000 with no employment history. nevertheless, the data is avaible in the table.

2. If i look to run the query with period selection-All, it populates random results of employment stints.i.e. some data item displays in the result, while the other do not.

I failed to understand as to how i should run the query to full and correct data from the IT0023 (Prev./Other Employment) for the employee whom i desire to.

Kindly suggest your inputs to fix reporting issue.
