BODS error EXL-300873

Hi,
Sorry for my english langage.
I have a BODS Job.
When I have in source, a file Excel (xls), it's OK.
When I have the same file Excel , but with xlsx extension, my jobs fails with

EXL-300873 Please make sure Microsoft Access Database Engine is properly installed , <This table contains cells outside the range of cells defined in this worksheet>

What can I do ?
