FS-Table and field names

Hi Sapiens,

In standard SAP the system compares the net price and effective price based on that vendor is going to finalize, now the business wants to select the vendor based on each and every conditon type say,(Net price, gross price, discount,freight charge) may i know what are the tables and necessary fields responsible for this.

and May i know what is the logic behind this?
