Too many characters in date

Hi,

I added sales order document and it works fine with no errors or warning. But when I tried to open that added sales order, there's an system message pops out it says "(-10) Too many characters in date" then after I clicked the "Ok" button SAP Business One will automatically closed also. I tried to double checked using the sql statement if there is the actual document in the database and it works fine. Please see the actual error message and the query result in the attachment.
