Sum Duplicates in WEBI

I have columns called "Incident ID" & "Total Pending Time" where there are duplicate values in Incident ID column.

I need to sum the Total Pending Time of Duplicate Incident ID values.

WebI will automatically sum it (aggregate) if you have both columns only in the table.

Why does your current table have a lot of duplicate rows? Are there other columns in your table with different values in each row?

If you want to get the total for each ID, use this formula:

=sum([Total Pending Time]) in ([Incident ID])
