PGI creation and Movement type for Service Material in SD

Hello Experts,

Would like know that, what could the movement type used to create PGI for service material with reference to PGI (601) which is created from delivery.

For Info:

1. Physical Material - which is available in sales order line item.

2. Service Material - which is available in Z table.

Kindly help me on it.
