Company Merger Activity for SAP PS Module

Our Company(X) wants to merge with a Company (Y) which is using the same SAP system .

The process followed in Company X is Customer process and Capex process.

The Process followed by Company Y is only Capex process.

Now if Company X wants to Merge with Company Y, what is the impact for SAP PS module.

Please let me know the steps to be considered for PS module.

The Company code of Company Y is 1000 and company X is 3000.
