Dear Experts,

We are facing the error Connect Error: Connect to Host contentserver ip Port xxxx error: NIECONN_REFUSED , when trying to upload a document into external content server using GOS->Store business documents.

All the OAC0 configurations are done for SAPALINK using HTTP, and able to send certificate to the content server successfully. The content server is showing Online status.

Thanks in Advance.

Dear Cris,

Appreciate your response!

Still no luck with the error.

As per the note, we did checked the connection between SAP server and host Content Server and found below:

  1. Connection ping was successful using ip/hostname port from both the ends.
  2. No Firewalls are enabled and Antivirus software is not blocking any ports

Also please note that, Content server software is a java application that is hosted within an Apache Tomcat Web Server.

We checked the Content server log files and found that data did flow from SAP, for eg. &docId value was present in the logs.

Thanks.

Dear Sriram,

Thanks for your reply.

Since we are connecting to a third party content server using SAPALINK and not SAP Content Server, there is no IIS service used.

Thanks.
