Automation of Job Monitoring for SAP Identity Management 8.0

Hi All,

We are looking for some ways by which we can automate the monitoring aspect of IDM jobs and other monitoring elements in it. We will be needing some email notifications/alerts from IDM for all these monitoring aspects.

Once we have some automation around this, we are also looking for Service Now integration to get the incidents created for any job failures in IDM 8.0.

Kindly help us with this requirement and maybe this will open gates for others also who are looking for same answer.
