C4C Standard Reports - is there a glossary available?

Hi, one of my business colleagues is requesting for a master document e.g. glossary, which details the use, format, data fields etc... of each of the standard SAP reports in C4C (Sales Cloud). Simply referring to report name & description is not sufficient for users who are not so familiar with the system and it's standard reports.

Is there such documentation available?
