I would like to end the contract of existing staff and re-hire them back into the company the next day. However I understand that SAP does not allow for termination and re-hire without a 1 day break in service. As such, what would be the other action types that can be used for this re-hiring?
The reason that the termination and re-hiring is required is because their length of service in the previous contract will not be recognised and their new commencement date will be the date of re-hire. Hence reorgassignment is not possible because their length of service will still continue.
