Receiving a popup for ODBC RDO Data Source Selection when selecting Print Preview

We just purchased CR 2020. I opened a report created on a prior version. The report uses two database sources:

(1)One using the SQL Server driver and is listed in the ODBC Administrator Panel under the tab, “System DSN”.

(2)The other uses the InterSystems 32 bit ODBC driver listed under the “User DSN” tab.

The Database/Database Expert displays both connections (but in duplicate with the second listing adding a “_1” at the end.

When I run View/Print Preview I receive a popup for ODBD (RDO) for a data source location. The two available entries are for a database on the SQL Server that is already in the report, and the other is “Sample SAP Salesforce DSN”. I can’t get past this screen without selecting something and no matter what I do I can’t get past the additional screens that request unknown user ids and passwords for “Sample SAP Salesforce DSN” or creating another link to the SQL server database and then the report requests another link be set up after that.

Is there a fix for this? I already tried the two software patches from a few months ago and they don’t install correctly.
