Filling the Setup Tables in S4HANA system connected to BW4HANA system

Trying to fill the setup tables in S4HANA system.I activated the Data Sources like 2LIS_11_VAITM ets in RSA5.Replicated and activated in BW Modeling tool in BW4HANA system.But there is no data in RSA3 Extract checker for that DS:2LIS_11_VAITM.Trying to fill the setup table using OLI7BW but getting the popup:"No extraction structure active or no BW connected".Please advise me how to extract the data.

Please provide the set by step process like activation of Data Source , filling the setup table, Business Content and finish the whole flow from top to bottom
