Conflict with SAP BusinessObjects Analysis in Excel

Hi there.

I have a user who has a powerpoint issue/error when associated with think cell and using the S&P capital powerpoint plugin. this is NOT a think cell issue. according to this link/fix: https://www.think-cell.com/en/support/kb/0169.shtml

this is the fix. this sap AO version 2.8 Sp4. but no one from SAP doesn't know what the hell i am talking about. i was told to create a p user account so here i am. all i need is this file. i click on the link and it brings me here:

what is this? i can't even install this fix. can someone please help us? all i need is this file SAP AO version 2.8 SP4
