Check IK17 for the counter readings for count 10356393 - I suspect someone has entered a wrong value (i.e. far too high).

Hi Prem,

As Pete said, its because of the abnormal counter reading, you need to reverse it. I guess if you reserve it, the documents posted after that also will be reversed.

Take a dump of the date and time documents are post. Then reserve and re-post the reading.

Hi Prem,

Check the Annual Estimate given for this counter.

Also select the call which is for 2083 and share the call algorithm screenshot.

I am not sure what is unit JHR in the scheduling period. It should not impact, but it looks like some custom.

JHR is the same as YR (i.e. year)
