Which is the order the system selects for the minimum movement and sort of the picking list?

Hi,

we wonder what is the order of storage locations the system proposes when using "minimum Movement" with the material flow rules and sorting the picking list. In the list you find an example of our numbering structure. Which are the relevant fields? Is it assumed that the order is "rack-column-row" or what is asssumed for ordering?

Dear Klaus,

In the case of Source Strategy "Minimum Movements, System aims to propose Logistics Area (bin) with the largest stock quantities basically sorting from large to small quantities.

As the name "Minimum Movements" itself is self explanatory, this minimizes movement that need to be carried out by a worker to pick the required stock.
