Attachment from Maintenance plan to Order

This topic has appeared earlier. However, could not conclude.

Can you guide on the following.

1. Requirement is to have the attachments in Maintenance plan flow to the orders.

2. We do not use task list.

Is it possible via config OR ABAP development is required?
