IBP Exchange Rate Extractor not Aggregating

Hi Experts

According to research i have done, the IBP Exchange rate Extractor, /IBP/EXCHANGE_RATES_KF has built in aggregation functionality to group the exchange rates by month and take either the latest or average value. According to SAP Help the Extractor is set to take the latest value and use that as the monthly aggregation amount. However this is not happening when I am integrating and the job is failing with regards to duplicates. The notes also state that the AGGREGATIONTYPE Field should be set to latest on CPI, I am not sure how this should be done without mapping the Field. Any assistance or direction in this regards will be highly appreciated.
