Best Option for Installing NWDI

Hello Experts,

I could like to know which option would be better to set up NWDI.

Currently NWDS is used to deloy the sca files manually.

1) Source Export

2) Deployable Export

Please let me know your valuable thoughts and what are the pros and cons of above exports.
