Delivery Schedule Management not opening

I am currently using SAP B1 9.3 PL 11. As per its functionality, Delivery schedule management is available in this version. But due to some unknown reason I am not being able to enable it.

I've tried giving full authorization and also checking delivery schedule management from form setting. But neither am I being able to open it through toolbar nor from documents.

So, i would be obliged if someone tells me the root cause of it and its solution.

Administration > System Initialization > Document Settings

Under General Tab enable "Enable Advance Available to Promise"

There is no any error message. It's just from we cannot select delivery schedule management icon from toolbar. And also, from relevant marketing document if we right-click, delivery schedule management option is not showing.
