EWM non-HU-managed storage type

Hello,

For non-HU-managed storage type in EWM, we would like to allow multiple materials to be placed into one bin, but it should not be possible to stack different/multiple batches of the same material in such a bin.

Using the below settings, we're unable to make the system to limit only one batch per product but allow multiple materials in the same bin.

1. Putaway rule -> 4

2. Mixed storage in bin -> 2 (Several HUs with Different Batches of the Same Product)

3. Mixed storage in HU -> 2 (Several Batches of the Same Product per HU)

Is this possible with standard customizing in EWM "to allow multiple materials but only one batch of the material to be placed into one bin" or if this requires for a non-standard solution? (e.g. do we require to activate /IF_EX_CORE_PTS_MIX?) Scenarios’

• HU with material X and batchnumber A into empty pickbin Z. (WO confirmed)
• HU with material X and batchnumber A into bin Z (WT should be possible : adding to stock)
• HU with material X and batchnumber B into bin Z (WT should not be possible as else we would have two batches of the same material in bin Z)
• HU with material Y and batchnumber C into bin Z (WT should be possible: mixed bin content…)
