Is there a report of which tables we can use to have a list of all the components of a super master BOM ( as listed in CS03 ) and if applicable with the object dependencies for each component ?

There is no standard report or transaction that I know of. You will likely need to develop your own. You can find a good diagram of some VC tables to get you started on the link below.
You may also want to try transaction PMEVC as an easier way to see the BOM in a tree view, and you can easily expand BOM items to view object dependencies attached.
