TREX unable to index some files

Hi

We are using Portal, KMC 6.0.0 SP14 and TREX on 6.1 SP14

I have configured a CM repository of type FSDB so as to store folders and documents in different server than where Portal and KM are installed.

However, few documents are not getting indexed. Certain zip files and word documents have failed. The same work on the KM document repository(persistence DB).

Please advise.

Is it like u r not able to index documents which are more than 10kb ?

Hi,

The problem now is not with document types or sizes. When indexing is done after adding initial set of documents, indexing works fine. After first indexing, when subsequent documents are added, the indexing(delta and re-index) fails.

Note: I am using a new CM FSDB repository.

Hi Karsten,

I noticed a thread initiated by Dennis Kleymeonov on similar lines back in January.

He had raised message 0120025231 0000116448 2006. Was there a resolution to that? Please advise if there is something we can do to resolve this if there is an earlier resolution for this issue.
