Error adding extension field in Form on SAP ByDesign

Hi All,

I'm having a problem adding my extension field in my Form. I have already added the extension field on the "Further Usage of Extension Field" and also download the new Form Template Main Schema on the UI.

But when I go back to the Adobe LiveCycle, i can't find the the extension field I added even though i have already updated the DataConnection.

What is the possible reason and solution to solve this? Thanks in advance.
