Authority to modify InfoProvider

Hi Experts.

Where can I get the Authority to modify InfoProvider? I tried to edit InfoProvider using the transaction "RSPLAN". However, I was unable to do so because I received the following message

In SCC4, Authority is displayed as follows

Please open the new session with T Code SU53 once you get the error. Take a snippet and work with autorization/basis team to get the relevant access for the tcodes.
