Is it possible to refer one table to another two?

Hello!

Im having problems creating some report in Webi, this is the example:

I need the blue columns show me the balances from Partner Company Code, and as it is a table, all the amounts that it showed there are with reference as the first column "Consol Company Code"

is there a formula that I can use to give me the info for second column?

I also try to combine two tables:

But I don't know how to combine them in a thrid one to have similar format like in the first image.

I hope somebody can help me on this!
