Error while accessing the FIORI App - Manage Contact Account (S4 HANA On-Premise implementation)

Hi Everyone,

I have activated the Standard FIORI App for "Manage Contract Account". While opening the App it is throwing the below error.

"No Active Data Model for OTC DRF_0036".

I have attached the error screenshot below.

Kindly help on this issue.
