Duplicate Check popup sap MDG-M/C/S

Dear Experts,

1) How to increase more than 10 records display in Duplicate check popup

2) In the duplicate check popup we see only Active materials/Customer/Vendor are enlisted. Our client wants Staging materials/Customer/Vendor must be enlisted in that Duplicate check popup.
