why the feature is blank in t588m ?

hi,experts

I feel confused about the screen control view t588m when I make adjustment about screen fields.It is obvious that some fields of feature are blank in t588m (in the red box ),and other fields(in green box) have feature&Variable key.I don't know why?why the feature is blank in the red box?

please help me and tell me the reason，thanks.
