Cannot TECO production order

Hello Experts,

We have a situation where production order has status REL MSPT CNF DLV PRC GMPS MANC RESA*.

Now when we are TECOing the production order, we face an error attached below.

Please let us know how can we get rid of the error. error.png

Hi John,

Ensure the final issue completed for the material shown in the error message.

You can do it in change order CO02 if it allows, or via MIGO or do it in goods movement tab of order confirmation. You can also view whether the indicator is set or not inside CO03 - material list and you fins column Final issue on the screen.

Thanks for the reply.

To add a point, final issue is not completed for this component only and also backflush is unchecked for this component compared to rest of the components. Now we want to remove the demand for this component.

Any suggestions please?

Hi John,

Check if you can edit and tick the line item in change order - set either item deleted option in material list screen of order change.

If not delete the reservation of this material line item. If not then go to confirmation screen (CO11N or any other transaction you use), go to goods movement tab and tick final issue and confirm with zero quantity.

Or else go to MIGO - enter the order number, select 261 movement type, for this component change the quantity to zero and tick final issue and save. All these options will help you.

Hi,

Please check whether there is any pending goods issue against this order.

The error displayed in screenshot seems some custom error. Please take help of technical consultant and debug the error if required.

Please check the status profile in production order once.

Check the all components planned and withdrawn quantities in production order components tab.

Thanks for the reply.

For only mentioned component, withdrawn quantity is zero for all others it is same as requirement quantity.

That is the reason we were trying to remove the demand but could not and faced the error.

Any suggestions please?
