Hi,

Please check below settings also along with details mentioned by Lingaiah and correct then to address your need, in Parameters for Order Confirmation (Transaction: OPK4)

1. Operation sequence: Error when operation sequence not adhered

2. Result Rec. (QM) : Error message if no insp. result exist

Thanks for your reply. But I want not to confirm production order when there are rejected characteristic for qm inspection lot.

But the system allowed to confirm all operation however inspection lot operations were rejected.

I don't know how to solve my problem.

Hi,

When ever order confirmation is performed, trigger ABAP check to see whether the related inprocess inspection result is rejected then end the order save with error and do not allow to perform order confirmation. Use below enhancement exit while saving the order and maintain the condition with ABAP help.

Hi,

In process inspection characteristics rejected then it goes to defect analysis and resolution process. You can not continue production if you make configuration setting in control key quality operation confirmation required previous operation yield not carried out to next operation and it is SAP standard behavior.

well, I did what you said,create pp04 control key and reject all characteristic but not UD the lot. and again I can confirm my order operations.
