Fleet Management: MCIZ and Average consumption shows no data

i used the following configuration which is also added to the measuring point of the equipm. master data by the same spelling:

and then using IFCU: i tried to many measuring documents that should update the average consumption and the MCIZ report as per my knowledge, but both are not getting any data.

also please tell me how could i let the primary counter one of the three entered and which of them is recommended as primary ?
