In SAP “JSW MI” and “approval” words are appearing in service call and we are trying to search 'JSW MI + approval' in enterprise search but the Enterprise Search is not showing any result.

have check if the field that contains the keywords are available for searching ?

Have a look into search customization under service call to see what fields are searchable.
