How to add data source in custom tab in SAP C4C 2008

Dear Team,

Could you please confirm how can we add standard data source(Ticket Survey Answer) or field in custom tab in SAP C4C.

As we have only mashup option in custom Tab. If it is possible through Mashup then what would be the binding port for it.
