Virtual Characteristic and filtering

Hello,

I created a virtual characteristic with RSR00002 that calculates a number of days an order has been in back order.

It works fine.

However, I now try to use this caracteristic to create a restricted key figure with a retriction on 'days in back order ' between 1 and 10.

The problem is that when I try to restrict on the virtual characteristic I only get # as available value.

I tried to add manually master data to the characteristic, but it does not show up in the query designer.

Can someone help me resolve this?

Check your InfoObject. On the Business Explorer page of the InfoObject there is a line Filter selection Query definition. Make sure this is set on M Values in Master Data table. Now maintain the values and you should see them in the query definition.
