i put plan for sales in month 8

The Quantity is 400

And the the target day supply is 3

Calculate production quantity based on target day supply

The Quantity is 438

Hi Samar,

I am not considering the logic used in PP DS / PP or any stock available situation to address your query. Let's take a simple calculation.

Total number of days in 08 (Aug) month - 31 days (hope your calendar considered all of them as working days)

Total sales demand = 400

Demand per day = 400 /31 = 12.9 (apprx 13)

Target day's supply (additional 3 days stock) = 12.9 * 3 = ~38

Total quantity for Aug month = 400 + 38 = 438
