CSV File Upload - Interaction Contacts

Hello Experts,

I want to upload employees/vendors from C4C/ECC using CSV file ( Data file upload app) as interaction contacts. When I see the interaction types I dont see any IA_Type as "Contacts" in the system to upload contacts using interaction template, do I need to configure a new interaction type or do I need to use account/contact upload file for loading the interaction contacts. I've downloaded the standard contact, account and interaction upload file from SAP help. In the account/ contact upload file I dont see any IC_Type as field in the templates. Can you pls help me answer which template I've use and which field is IC_Type.
