Emailing COA - Email Subject and Email Body

Hi,

I have setup the system to send the Certificate of Analysis using Email. I have used the External Send option and the email is triggered. I am not able to edit the Email Subject to dynamically have the Batch Number on it, neither I am able to have a custom Text on the email body.

Can someone let know of the steps needed to configure standard COA to be send via email at outbound delivery PGI with a custom Subject line on email including the Batch number and a custom Email body Text.
