Campaign Black List App limit

Dear All,


Can anyone let me know what is the exact limit of entries that can be maintained in the Blacklist app.

I see from the help document that it is restricted to 100,000 entries.Currently in the system i was able to blacklist up to 220,271.

It would be really helpful if you could tell me the exact count that can be maintained in the Black list app.

Also i would like to know this number counts to the License.

    Hi Anitha,

    1. As per development experts, up to 150K entries in the blacklist, the system should be fine, and the performance will be good enough.
    2. Please note the Blacklist functionality was not design as spam filter.
    3. It is meant to mainly blacklist domains and sometimes some specific email addresses.
    4. In case you don't want to block the entire domain, the only option is inserting the emails individually.
