Add custom tab in Sales order item overview screen sequence VFBS

Hi

I have a requirement where we need to add one custom tab similar to Item overview in Sales order item overview screen as in below image. I tried creating the sub-screen(custom tab) sequence using 'VFBS' in SAPMV45A/ SAPMV45B programs and copied the Item overview sub-screen ( SAPMV5A/4401 ) to custom sub-screen (SAPMV45A/9000) and assigned in VFBS. Now it is working. But we want to create a 'PAT' file for this object which is not allowing the standard screen changes (i.e., SAPMV45A/9000 it is not allowing in PAT file).

Please suggest how to call sub-screen (in Z custom tab) ZPROGRAM / 9000 using VFBS or any other way.

Suggest me if you know any other process to add and call complete custom tab in sales order overview screen.
