B1IF Can't Debug XC062 error

Hello

I'm having a problem debugging scenario step in B1IF.

Here is processing diagram:

and here is settings:

And outbound:

The problem is when I try to debug it gives me following error:

 XCE062 Could not obtain maintenance read and all write locks when applying database queue operations for job ID/streams:XCE207 Retry later

Any kind of help will be appreciated.

UPDATE:

It turns out its not because of scenario.

Most of the scenarios are now not able to debug.
