User-id "Employee as a business partner" is hidden in recipient section in PR flexible workflow.

HCM module is inactive, so we used Maintain Employee app to create an employee with BP integration. and the user is already assigned to the BP employee role. However, user-id is empty in the recipient section in PR flexible workflow. PFA.

Note: I am able to use Purchase Requisition app with that user-id. "on-premise 1909"

Note 2824240 handles a similar issue but related for purchase orders. But maybe you can try the same proposed solution and check if that helps you a little more.

Thanks a lot, I have checked the note, all required roles already are assigned to my user, and still no user-ids in the people picker.

Maintain Business Users app that mentioned in the note related to a cloud platform .
