RF device Screen UI ELEMENTS rendering

Hi Experts,

We have Created custom ITS web service for RF transactions and Generated HTML for all screens. Published ITS and Tested with URL is working fine , But when we tested in ZEBRA RF Gun Input and Output fields are rendering and not scrolling.

I have attached Two attachments first one is from Web(Chrome Browsers) and Second from RF Gun device. Can you if any one faced similar issue how to avoid this issue because we are not getting in Chrome or IE Browsers

In RF Gun All UI Elements are occupying total with of screen for example UOM is only three length but it is occupying total screen and Buttons are displaying correct.

Can you please tell us what is missing is any service activation is missing.

I have checked Two SAP Notes , We did All steps from SAP Note 2242078 and in SAP Note 1037715 also supporting UI Text field. We are missing any thing.

I have tried ~ITSMOBILEELEMFACTOR = 8 and ~ITSMOBILEELEMUNITS = px but issue is same , Is we are missing any thing else.

Device using Enterprise Browser

I have checked one more thing is below ITS is to activate and this is given in EWM Standard Cook Book. Can you please confirm.

Hello Raghav,

I recommend going through the steps from KBA 2242078, specially the additional steps. Make sure that you have generated all the templates for the service, using a valid generator.

You can check SAP Note 1037715 for the ITSmobile supported screen elements.
