How to remove Shipping instructions text in purchase order?

Hi experts,

when create purchase order in Texts tab in header print preview i have text, but is not show in shipping instructions. When i click twice in editor then back(F3) text is show. That is for every vendor, plant, material etc.

How to remove text when create for next purchase order? Thanks regards
